Life insurance…can my husband “reapply” in a year?My husband and I just got life insurance policies. I came back premium plus, he came back standard cause of high cholesterol. My question is…if he works on his cholesterol can he reapply in a year and hopefully get a lower rate? Can it be same company or must it be someone else? If high cholesterol is controlled with let’s say medication would he be eligible for a better rate?Yes, he can reapply for life insurance. Rates can change quickly. As long as he’s going to shop it out again, he might as well compare term life insurance quotes from up to 70 highly-rated life insurance companies.
